At one point he said seabirds, if they are hungry, should change their diet. He said he would. If there weren't any pies he would get a pasty. But then when he is in Egypt, and he was hungry, he was begging for chicken and chips. He doesn't do what he says. But the real point is that non-primate creatures have little flexibility. Each creature has its niche when it comes to food. If two creatures are going after the same food, one of them is going to lose out. And that is what humans are doing all over the world.
