I'm afraid due to spaghetti, Akali's R2 is actually coded to turn her into a projectile for the duration of the dash, if Mel can predict it, she can use W to reflect the Akali-projectile backwards and inflict fatal damage to Akali due to the whiplash 😔

What do you mean by "proc"? They get consumed if you AA or hit an enemy with a spell when their health is in execue range. The indicator above the character (the star-looking one) turns red when you can kill the target by ulting. So if the enemy is full hp, your passive wont do any damage (not considering the missiles from attacking)

Mel is going to become an ADC main. She can't be a support. She's basically One Woman Army. She has Root, Burst Damage, Slow, Reflect, and One-shoting Ultimate. I couldn't beat her even with a champ like MF. I threw everything I had. Q, E, R. Nothing. Not even a scratch. The fun part is that she used W on Q. Her E nullified my Ult. Reflect is not even that important compared to her 2-second roots. PS: Not to mention minions don't interact with her abilities.
