I woke up this morning to a text from a friend of mine, coincidentally also named Daniel, talking about a terrible dream he had last night; so vivid, it borders on a vision just in its description. Nice arrangement. However, I don't think Darius's and Daniel's part regarding the lions den is accurate. Watchers should cross reference with the Book of Daniel chapter 6 to understand the events, context & lesson properly. God bless.

Why go on about how we're not like Daniel? and what would ever possess you to then equate us to Nebuchadnezzar?? Would it not have made more sense to admire and instill the passion and desire to be like Daniel. And reject or turn away from any desire to be like Nebuchadnezzar.

Unfortunately it wouldn't have made any sense at all 😔in our sinful flesh we are the prideful, violent Nebuchadnezzar and any resemblance we have to Daniel is gifted to us by Christ (that's why Eph. 1:3 is such good news!)
