I gotta say this honestly makes me see Darth Bane as much dumber and petty than I originally believed. The Sith would absolutely be stronger right now if you had Dooku, Maul, Vader, Sidious, Ventress and whoever else all fighting together rather than the backstabbing he brought the Sith back to. He claims that the brotherhood could never defeat the Jedi on that battle but then he deliberately sabotages their efforts and they still barely lose and it's only because of him betraying them. He saw that they were actually going to win and he couldn't stand being wrong so he made sure they didn't himself. What a tool

The Sith go through phases where they believe in the Rule of 1 and the Rule of 2 for various reasons. Darth Krayt is the return of the Rule of 1 centuries after Bane. But the Rule of 2 operates on the philosophy that the dark side itself cannot be as powerful spread out. He means this in a literal way: that the dark side energy is more concentrated the fewer number of people that wield it. It is not merely a strategy that he's employing in terms of an army versus small units under a veil of secrecy. It is actually forcing more dark side energy into the fewest number of users possible.

@@BitterComments The book reader has far too strong an American accent to make me think that hehe. I am personally from Yorkshire in the UK and I've heard no one ever speak like that here, or in any other city I've travelled to here. The cockney accent is VERY detectable.
