She definitely had parents, as she mentions her lola (grandma) in a few voicelines. It's known she was adopted by a policewoman in Manila, most likely her biological parents died in the Mt. Pulag accident, she also has an adoptive father. My take on why she doesn't have a lot of voicelines in attacking, because she is young. And she was raised by a policewoman, so killing people wasn't really her thing, or she has ptsd from people around her being killed. This is why she cares about Killjoy.

Neon’s story is very straightforward and it honestly feels like she’ll be involved in a lot of major plot points. Especially considering how much emphasis is placed on how useful her power is. Already she has the eyes of three major players in the val lore; Reyna, Chamber, and Sage. And probably Kingdom too. And as the new agent 20 teased, the leading point in her story is control. Everyone is trying to take control of her, get her to their side mainly for her power (she is a one of a kind battery). But looking at her personality and teaser, we can tell she has a mind and style of her own. She has a strong sense of individuality. My guess is that she will be a bit of a wild card, not doing anything either Reyna or Sage says when the time comes. My guess is something along the lines of taking off the suppressor on her back and unleashing her power’s fullest potential unlike what Sage would have wanted, but not joining Reyna despite doing exactly what Reyna wanted her to do with her powers. Also a *WILD* stretch but maybe she was working with the secret organization was so close to finding unlimited radianite? She may have been used to power whatever that was too. Maybe the incident that made her hostile towards Chamber was where he caused the lab now known as Fracture to blow up?

In the home screen of Act 4 for Valorant, you see Chamber, Brimstone, Killjoy, and Neon actually trying to get the portal to work. It's pretty cool to see them limit testing Neon's suit. I don't think I heard you mention it, but it's a pretty cool detail!

In the Neon trailer you see Phoenix from the warm up cinematic and that can mean 2 things: 1 it's a record or it happens at the same time and if it's the 2nd it maens the hangar is between the training area and the agents rooms.

1. She might have grown up in another place instead of Manila or smth. When her "arrival" voicemail was teased, there's a framed picture of a local fishing boat and a dog on the beach, and that scenery is def not Manila. She might've came from a coastal region and moved when she worked for Kingdom Corp. 2. The jersey is from the "national" basketball jersey of the Philippines ("national" cuz uh not really official but they're the ones who always represent the country in international sports events, FIBA, SEA Games, etc) We Filipinos love basketball so much that we kinda patronized it lol (hence the jersey and basket ring in Neon's room) 3. She IS going to power up the teleporter. Not a guess. Not a theory. That's the reason why she got into VP. The success of this special project obv is still undetermined but in terms of her task, Neon IS 100% powering up that thing. . . . . . the way this lore is narrated/explained is a bit disappointing. there were some points that have been already cleared out and yet those things were posed as "theories" in this video. anyway... My theories that have been in my mind It is the first light but isn't really the "first light" but rather it's the "first" recorded one, this explains why Yoru's mask is full(coated) of radianite and Neon's lightning capabilities. Radianite did exist in the past but it's scarcer then and pretty much unknown, the world only Came to know of radianite as the first light has became a global phenomenon Kingdom experimented on Radianite in the past but they are very meticulous of them in the past as they only have a few, because how can you explain that Kingdom is the currently the global superpower because of radianite tech Radiants did exist in the past in the forms of poetry, legends, heck even gods

Am I the only one to notice that in the main menu of Valorant with Killjoy,Chamber,Brimstone and of course Neon, I think that they are already at the teleporter and we see the teleporter working perfectly fine but for some reason, Neon is using her power to I think power down the portal, so I have two theories : 1- They already have been to mirror earth and they are trying are closing the portal (not probable) 2- it's the agents from mirror earth that we see who are trying to shut down the portal and block Earth 1 to go to Mirror Earth ( kinda probable ) And 3- I have no idea why we have this cinematic

Neon values friendships a lot. You can tell in the voice lines ""Please stay alive, I hate making new friends."" and "Look, I'm glad you're all here. There, I said it.". She would absolutely join Reyna if at any point she feels like she was being used only for her suit and not as a person. I think squish squish means a lot as it was a friend gift from KJ. but what if Neon grows too attached and realizes KJ likes Raze more than her and if there was ever an extreme situation where KJ had to choose to protect either her or Raze,? Well she would probably choose Raze. and that might tip the scale for Neon to join Reyna. Think about that.

Here's a theory neon started loosing control of her power as she grew up then one day she ended up hurting someone or somebody close to her(presumably on an experiment) which explains how she hates it when someone tampers with her powers because she know and have seen what her powers can do, this also explains her voice mail to brimstone about kj, then her adoptive parents(which I presume are kingdom scientist) made her a suit that controls her power which is probably a kingdom technology, this may also explains why she has a positive attitude towards kingdom because her adoptive parent are presumably are kingdom scientist.

My theory: I think there is a massive Kingdom Base on the Philippines that Neon and Chamber used to work. Remember Chamber's voice line to Viper telling her to wear something light because the PH's weather was warm that time of the year? Maybe he worked in the Philippines or in the Kindom there more specifically before that he met Neon. And also Chamber's main goal is to collect as much as radianite as possible to power-up his new weapon/s based on what he told Phoenix about how he can get a custom gun created by Chamber. There are huge possibility that we might get a new map from Philippines if we consider that the main of objective of Earth 2 agents is to get radianite from Earth 1 and Kingdom has a Base and Radiante Storage located somewhere in the Philippines or Pacific that Neon and Chamber worked to before joining the protocol.

Nobody going to mention that in the valorant opening animation, it shows KJ, Brimstone, Chamber and Neon all at a potential portal build for Mirror Earth. Neon is using her Ult/Power to try and power up the portal that requires 10s of millions of volts, as said in a previous voiceline, I believe. Then, it shows the entire facility having a power down, right before the screen goes dark and the animation starts again. They didn't manage to power the portal build, but, they made the place have a power down. Maybe she's using too much power on the portal and it's overloading? Maybe she doesn't have the right kind of power? Maybe she did light the portal, but there's a delay, and the screen went dark before we saw. I don't know, ideas?
