Can do, I've tried it, personally feel a bit energy starved when I don't run it. You also lose healing potential cause losing it reduces max energy and regen, so less vivifys. Personally don't think extra palm damage is worth the trade, you'll probably end up casting tiger palm less as a result of the energy loss anyway. But ultimately it is your call, give it a try, won't hurt ya :P

How’s you get the glowing icons on sweep, para, and disable? Do they show cd and DR?

Yeah theyre tracking DR's, its an addon called tellmewhen, very versatile, basically tracks whatever you want it to.

question on serenity burst rotation why use para before sweep seems kinda like a waste if your going to stomp before any cc or am i not seeing sommeting

You use para before sweep just to lock them down. You don't always do it, but it's the safest way to make sure you don't miss your sweep or so they don't use a defensive before you stun. As an example, if you wanna do a swap onto a resto druid you incap them out of bear form so they can't shift, then you stun them. But obviously in that situation, you can't faeline stomp beforehand because they're gunna know you want to swap to them, then they'll just shift.

Sitting at 1600 on my WW rn, and just Seem to hit some very rough patches in SS. Some games i just oneshot people, and the next i get focused and ran down after my karma and my wall. How do you avoid just dying whenever people focus you? I could run, but that just means I have no pressure and then we lose anyways. Heeeeelp 😅

I mean, you should absolutely run when you're in danger, especially during big offensive cds and when your healer is in CC. You lose uptime when running, sure, but it's obviously better to keep the fight going longer. Solo shuffle is very much about how efficient you are by yourself, since there's really no strategy aside from the usual target call out at the start of a game. So you kinda want to just do your burst, cross cc with incap. Do your swaps with keefers and all that, then outside of it you just hit whoever is most convenient for your partner and/or you, kite when you're under too much pressure, go back in when you can, and then try to live until your next big set-up, rinse and repeat. Unfortunately I can't really give specific advice without seeing how you play, so hopefully general advice helps 😄

Yeah no worries mate let me give you a straight FUCKING answer Buy your conquest pieces and take them to the revival catalyst, if you don't know what that is google it there's a quest to unlock it takes approximately 2 FUCKEN seconds to complete.
