What does our J20 require a machine gun for? Close combat? Don't joke anymore. With a range of nearly 6000 kilometers, is the huge internal magazine used for close combat? As an air combat, we only need to carry 6 medium range air-to-air missiles with a range of 300-400 kilometers and 2 close range combat missiles with a range of 100 kilometers. After completing the flight, the new WS15 allows the J20 to achieve an economic cruising capability of 1.8 Mach. If it is a ground anti-ship attack, the internal magazine can carry two heavy cruise missiles and two combat missiles. I can't think of any situation where machine guns would be used. Besides SR71 and MiG 31, what planes on Earth can catch up with J20?

03:40 -- "Moreover, the numerical advantage of the J-20 cannot be overstated!" -- (narrator goes on to overstate its numerical advantage). OK: China has at least 200 J-20s. Meanwhile, the US has about the same number of F-22s, *and* close to *500* F-35s, and more F-35s are being produced at a rate of *3 per week.* So...not much of a "numerical advantage for the J-20. "Moreover", the US will be producing the FA/XX and NGAD 6th-gen fighters within a couple of years, thus keeping the US a full generation ahead of China. And with the US in the lead in AI development, that advantage will only increase.
