Selective everything apparently. Who is choosing!? The people in the positions of power. Good title. Like who picks yo choose jay walking not sodomy not but child moledtstion. Im not saying its mot correct. But with such wide variety in choice irs a revipe fir diaster

That was always the problem with allowing "discretion". Discretion means that objective law enforcement is literally impossible. Justice is not blind if one cop will arrest for something that another cop wouldn't even ticket the person for. If there are too many laws to effectively enforce the most critical ones without using "discretion" to give leeway on the less important stuff in the name of priorities, then there are too many laws to start with.
