My mother passed away last Friday this time. I hadn’t seen her over the last 2 years. Due to Covid lockdown I couldn’t even attend the Janazah. Sheik Yasir “Barzaq” series truly helped me understand what happens to souls once a person dies. Please do make dua for her magfirah.

It's so sad how he has to explain himself to those narrow minded people almost every sentence he says. He has to spell out every word he says so no one criticises him. No one has a pure heart anymore, all they want to do to is put their 2 cents in and criticise everyone, they are like vulture's, waiting for someone to do a mistake just to bring down, when they themselves do so much mistakes. Unfortunately This is the world we live in today, the internet gave everyone a voice without suffering the consequences. May Allah guide us all to the straight path Ameen.

Plan of action for next year: very simple. Add 1, take 1 off: 1. Keep doing at least partially a good habit that you started in ramadan. Even if it’s only 70-30% as much let your plateau next month be higher than before ramadan, so every year inshaAllah your plateau will be slightly higher. 2. Whatever major or minor sin or bad thing you managed to stay away from during Ramadan, commit to keeping away from it completely even after ramadan is over.
