@@MeerkatADV Thank you for the clarification Brady! At first I thought it was the Monarch Crest Trail, and then I saw that was near Durango. Good to know! 🤣 No doubt dude. That trail whipped my butt. Thankful for the tracks brother! Experience of a lifetime!

@@advryan1 Yeah that technical bit with all the roots you noted in the video was the first place I fell on the 690. Fell twice more in the couple miles over to Monarch Pass just trying to get out of there LOL.

​@@MeerkatADV Oh yea, that was the part I feared the most going in. I remember you going over that and I took a snapshot of those roots and sent them to my brother before we left saying that looked so gnarly. I told him that might also be where he has to bury me. 😅 And every year he can come back to that spot and pay homage to my skeleton on the side of the trail lol. That section didn't play games. This day made a man out of me. 😂 Huge props for doing that ride solo man. Big fan of your channel, and looking forward to all your content going forward. I just bought new equipment to hopefully correct my sound issues, and improve video/editing quality. Your rides have inspired me. Especially a fellow Vet. I'll be planted on my couch watching your TAT ride tomorrow morning with my coffee. Keep after it!

Do you feel a 300 Rally with gear can make these climbs at altitude ?

@@williamshaughnessy2694 I believe so. I don't think you would have any issues on the more modern bikes. You may experience some popping here and there but I'd be confident in taking the 300 up there. Fun trail! That climb is tough though. Would have been a lot more fun on that 300 in my opinion.
