Pegula is a disgrace to Buffalo! I can't stand when people say ohhh he saved the Sabres. It's bs cause Golisano made sure they couldn't relocate in part of the sale

The Bisons are my favorite team in Buffalo. I could ride my bike to watch them play and I always have a good experience... The food is amazing and ever since Casey has been the skipper we've been playing really fun baseball. Small ball, which I love. I love the bunts, steals, and hit and runs. Buffalo is the only city I have been to where downtown is not the place you want to be. If you travel to Buffalo for any type of leisure you would be greatly disappointed if you spend your time downtown which sucks because you either have to travel to different plazas and parking lots or be a hipster and go to Allen or Elmwood... Of course if you are a punk you could always find a cool basement show or see a gig at Mohawk but you can't get a hotel downtown and be content with walking around for your entertainment, again unless you're talking about and what or Allentown which is kind of a niche scene anyways

They’re 44-50-8 at home since 2022. The fact that neither KA or Terry has apologized to fans who have worked far harder paying for seats and merch than the on ice team ever has to win……makes me sick to my stomach.

Sabes such and so does management. They should have never hired Kindy Ruff, he was a failure in his other two coaching location, the GM is a complete failure, sell the team to someone who knows how to win.

Its just sad. The only thing anyone in my family can tell people about the Sabres is that they're from Buffalo. I used to know every player and watched every game in from the 70s thru the early 2,000s and now, on a bet, I couldn't name anyone in the organization except the owner. and, sorry..... I was a fan of the slug. lol

Something is coming and is about to break soon! I sense it! Kevyn Adams needs to go. He has been on the job going over 4 years and he is nothing but excuses. On his watch, he screwed up the Eichel situation, traded away Reinhart, Mittlestat, continues to draft small players and decides to hire a retread coach who has lost the team before the season started which was a desperation move on his part. What is most apparent to me is that Kevyn Adams has no idea what he is doing and should not be trusted to handle this team with the incoming and current prospects on this team who are very much young and are still developing. Bring in a trusted GM with winning experience to fix this mess. The Rangers have Chris Drury. Who could the sabres bring in to replace Kevyn Adams?

Hi Chris I feel your pain & as a Sabre fan since early 70’s it’s hard to watch & or commit to this franchise. I don’t know where to start, it just cones down to understanding the sport of hockey & what’s needed to win. It’s not fancy skill (soft). Thx for taking the time to do your videos.

GMKA is the fall guy for every 'BAD' decision Terry Pegula makes. 1 billionaire in the ownership saga of the Sabre. Fans pay to see wins, fans pay to see success. As the owner, Pegula should take criticism and do something, but seeing how successful the bills are, i cant say he is the biggest problem. Obviously the problem is a lot deeper. I think management just needs a massive overhaul and the Sabres need seasoned players like ovechkin or crosby over here because our team is very young and it shows. It honestly breaks my heart to hear fans give up on this team so soon. They are not the only team in the NHL to not win a Stanley Cup and we are certainly not the worst team in the NHL as a whole and I would personally be devastated if the team got sold and relocated to a different city (which if we can't find someone who wants to keep the team here, im afraid will happen.)

Winnipeg and Buffalo are kind of in the same boat yet Winnipeg ices a good team almost every year. Buffalo needs to study what Winnipeg does considering nobody wants to play in Winnipeg yet they seem to keep most of their good players and if one wants to leave they always get a good haul in the trade. I’m hoping the sabers can turn it around but it seems like they have so much working against them.

52 year Sabres fan here, IMO after last fridays presser Adams needs to be fired asap. Let Jason Karmanos take over as he has over 20 yrs NHL management experience ! Hopefully he can trade for a much needed stay at home veteran D man to partner Owen Power . Adams hasnt been able to do that in two years and he screwed up royally this summer when he resigned Jokiharju and Bryson and also when he and Pegula didnt allow Ruff to hire his own staff. Sadly though I think Pegula will stick with Adams until the end of the season which will result in our Sabres missing the playoffs for a 14th straight season. Its so frustrating being a Sabres fan right now ! Thanks for the video , well said sir, i fully agree!

Kim Pegula destroyed this teams culture. Woke shit made this team soft. Stop going if you want them to change. I feel your pain brother
@mitchr47472 күн бұрын
The makeup of the team has been shit for a while now. They have way too many offensive defensemen who play soft and have no idea where anyone is in their own end. Couple that with mostly young and small forwards who also play pretty soft and you have an overall weak/soft team that has been terrible defensively. The only way to overcome that is score 4-5 goals a game but they have been struggling to do that this year. They have had chances to improve and our GM won't push the envelope and do what needs to be done. They need 2 stronger defensive defensemen and 1 more good goal scoring forward at a minimum. They had a huge opportunity before the season start to make a deal for Necas and didn't throw the kitchen sink at it so now Necas is like one of the top 2-3 point scorers in the entire league.... big FAIL for not getting that guy. Carolina was interested in possibly moving him. We should have offered a couple prospects and a couple 1st rd picks. Which by the way all these 1st rd picks have done nothing for us over the years. I am a season ticket holder and watch most of the games despite the terrible inconsistent play.

Golisano caused the downfall, 3 top scorers in the team all walked out the door with ZERO return! Golisano was in my bosses office when he received the call from Briere’s agent before the arbitration hearing and he only wanted 5 million per season for 5 years, Golisano said “F that little midget, I’m not paying his annuity!”…Briere and Drury walked for zero return…Drury agreed on 4 years 22 million, the paperwork was never sent for him to sign…Pagula buys the team and thinks money is the problem, he signs all the top UFAs he could sign but none were any good…he offered Suter and Parrise 110 million each but they signed elsewhere…team is unable to sign too skilled free agents so they tank bringing in high skill guys like Eichel…Pagula made bad choices with GMs and Murray and Botterilli ruined team…now he as owner decided to rebuild with youth as no free agents will come here even with 110 million, team still isn’t great, team is young…now the owner has to decide to stick to the plan or fire the GM. Why is everyone so caught up with the owner? He owns the Bills and that team is a top NFL team…money isn’t a problem. Previous Bills owner spent no money on the team for 25 years and previous Sabres owners spent zero money and were so cheap, Golisano was so cheap he wouldn’t even stock or pay for Amerks team or stock a full AHL lineup….

The people who have spent months working jobs they hate, but worked very hard at them, who paid their money on this team, deserve an actual apology from this GM and owner for 9-3 home losses to Columbus, and the 10 other home games that were blowout home losses with no effort against bad teams. I abandoned ship on the Sabres after their 2007 playoff failure, coupled with their failure to replace Chris Drury and Danny Briere with comparably talented players. A couple seasons later, I started following Chicago (they drafted Buffalo's own Patrick Kane); they went as far as the 2009 Western Conference Finals, but I looked at Chicago's play and said to myself, "Lloyd, follow this team." I did, and the next season saw Kane score the game winner in Game 6 of the Stanley Cup, giving the Black Hawks their first title since 1961. They'd win twice more in 2013 and 2015. One Friday Night in 2015, I took my wife and daughters to see the Hawks-Sabres game in Buffalo; Hawks fans were all over the MetroRail car, owned the KeyBank Center, and we had a blast. Even though Patrick Kane didn't even register an assist, Chicago won a hard-fought 4-3 game. No, I didn't follow Kane when he left for the Rangers, or even for Detroit. Had he come to Buffalo, I might've thought about getting back on the Sabre wagon. However, as the organization is presently run and constituted by Terry Pegula, Patrick Kane should be glad to NOT be a part of that mess!
