the last 30 seconds of this song will NEVER be forgotten through all of the history of breakdowns. his vocals are PERFECT as well for that part. beautiful

Jon's vocals are so sick right at the end. He sounds like a tortured beast from the far future. His lows are the absolute best! Sadly he's no longer in the band, but I'm hoping that he'll reemerge from a sub-space disturbance somewhere someday.

He's actually writing his own stuff now, look up Foreign Waves on facebook

Friended him on Facebook awhile back and know about Foreign Waves. Thanks for the tip though. Really looking forward to hearing his new stuff. Apparently it's going to be a sequel to Exoplanet!

Following this band since 2010. Experienced the first release of Exoplanet. Never thought I'd say this, but: I miss Jon. When Lessard joined it was stunning, Language and Clairvoyant are two gems in their discography, but rn the guy simply lost his pathos on stage, idk, something's missing. People always threw shit at Jon for his stage presence, but damn he delivered some amazing vocals and keys, studio and live. People are forgetting that this dude gave birth to sooo many unforgettable moments in Exoplanet and Intrinsic. For me the best of both worlds would be Jon and Michael entwined together in this band, but that's utopian, unfortunately.

@@voidwalker985 Great comment. I saw them on their latest tour; exo and language in their entirety. Cam wasn't there (family issues apparently), Mike was sick and eventually dropped off the tour shortly after I saw them. They should have called Jon to fill-in! That would've been a real treat.

@@databloom70 Damn, that's a great idea! I don't know why they are so detached from Jon, missing lots of possibilities and funky stuff.

Chameleonn Hogan they toured together a lot prior to Mike joining the band. That's how they thought to ask him to join.

you know i was guna write a comment about how people were talking during the quiet part (which i hate) but then i started listening to it and it was almost backing the song. kinda like Hendrix playing Machine Gun at Isle of Wight.

sometimes having an aura to you when you play is your stage presence. i play for a metal band and during the soft parts i close my eyes.

I saw this show on this tour in Worcester. They should have been way deeper into the lineup they were amazing. This album is a metal classic imo and Jon was perfection on it.

Saw they are doing a live stream performance to celebrate 10 years of exoplanet so I had to go back and check out some old live shows of this album. Should check out the stream once it goes live ! Just read about it on their IG !
