When I saw them, the played Language I as the first song of the set and Language II as the last song of the set. It kind of bothered me at first since I always listen to both halves as one, but it ended up being kinda cool and kinda almost made the whole set feel like one linear piece.

I love how Michael's performance is almost robotic in a way. Like he's got every single movement he makes planned, the way he mumbles 'flourish' during that performance. He really gives into the music and let's it take him by the hand. Amazing.

Yeah decent. This is pretty much directly recorded right out the PA, instead of taking all the stems and being mixed by an engineer. For that this is pretty decent i.e. way better than any camera audio footage of them that's out there.

I barely knew of them at the time and had skimmed over Language. They preceeded DGD in Austin, October 2016, and I hadn't heard DGD ever before then, who had just dropped Mothership weeks before. My mind was full of pinless grenades that night. Now I'm fully into both and the way TC writes makes my chest swell as if I'm about to transform. Fucking beautiful.
