The John Deere HX20 (Blacksheep Modding) is by far my favourite mower. Only a 6.24m cut, but it does it at 22kmh and doesn't leave those missed strips from the tractor turning.

It's a batwing mower for cutting brush, rather than for cutting silage it would chew the grass up too much

Ploughing the windmill field will define the outline of it and it's possible to set up courseplay to work in it. I generally reshape field 10 little near the entrance to avoid the circular section needing an almost 180 degree turn and leave a waiting/assembly area for autodrive and courseplay to use, it means that everything lines up to use the field entrance and avoids diving through the hedge onto the main road. The Home Farm paddock yields really well if it's prepared properly and has a few exits to other fields too, I just wish my clockwork powered laptop could run GE as losing the hedge between the two would make life a bit easier. Trigger pulled the Fastest Milk Cart in the West but that's just showing my age being a child in the Benny Hill era

I love using Claas equipment on my farms. Definitely interesting using only Claas equipment from tractors too trailers. They are just awesome equipment to use and easy to get into those tight places compared to John Deere or international.

The JCB can turn with all 4 wheels. Then it will do cutting grass much better

Nice episode FSG. Just a question, is it common in UK to leave a strip between where you have harvest or cut the grass and like the hedges? My dad always told me to get as close as possible. If there was grass under the hedges, get that to 😂😂

We have lots of protected hedges in the UK, they want to protect the wildlife so they tend to leave some space
