The humane society claims greyhound racing was cruel yet run kill shelters . The society has been bamboozled, native and state gambling is what ran greyhound racing out of business not anti racing groups

Has anything come of your efforts? When I moved to Colorado in 1987, dog racing was the only game in town (the horse track closed in 1983). Mile High Kennel Club closed in 2009. Cloverleaf closed in 2007 or 2008. I don't know when Interstate Kennel Club closed. Pueblo Greyhound Park is now rundown a horse racing OTB. When I visited the Greyhound HOF in Abilene, KS there is no real written history. If you are unable to convince people to support dog racing (and I don't believe you will be successful) a proper history of the sport would be welcomed by folks like me (though I suspect there aren't many of us).
