While the museum is amazing and Tilghman is beautiful, St. Michaels has lost the small town charm it had when I grew up there. I miss the folks that owned and treasured their homes on Talbot Street. While the shops a nice its just not the same without the people living there.

Crowded & over-priced tourist trap. Visit the museum and/or Tilghman Island and then go further down the Delmarva peninsula to Oxford or Cambridge or even Crisfield.
