I'm sorry your wrist is causing you pain Laura! I had this some time ago and the only thing that helped was wearing a wrist brace night and day for a couple of weeks. I started doing some simple embroidery... 😊

the way I hold my phone, type on it and/or scroll will make any pain I’m suffering so much worse if I do it too much/too often. 😢
