It is an INFLORESCENCE, made up of thousands of tiny male and female flowers surrounded by the modified leaf known as the spathe, which is typical of the aroids. The world's largest flower is Rafflesia arnoldii, a SINGLE flower of which can be 120 centimetres in diameter. Please get your science correct.
