This lesson is so true 👍 I often see my opponents do this when I serve big or hit a big groundstroke at them. I used to think, my game is too much for them , but now I know that is very difficult to do. They must be more talented than me 😀

@@stephenbourne5422I agree with Jerry. The way to describe the swing in the video is "above" or "over" the ball, not "beneath". If you mean in the reply "low to high," then that's a separate issue because you can swing "low to high" above or beneath the ball when you miss it. Another question is: what is the player supposed to do with this information? (If you're just using your natural technique, your body already knows it.)
