Option select is when you do something that covers multiple things. For example fuzzy guarding is a os. Or not blocking then going into block when being pressured. ( mids are slower than grabs and highs, so you don’t block for a while (usually about 12 frames) then you block. That way youre ducking to avoid grabs, and you’re blocking if they throw a mid) that’s os you covered both options Hope that was a good enough explanation
