When building the next hull tir sell your current ship to cut down cost that way you don't have to farm an entire ship worth or resources.

The game automatically counts and includes all the resources of your current ship. You don't buy/sell ships it just replaces yours with the new one.

Fire rate will start to slow down once the stored energy starts to dip, especially once the lasers get going I think each heretic gate has it's own specific destination but collectively they will plop you into random places.

I cant recall exactly at this point I believe my ships fire rate was under that of the ships energy regen you can tell with the blue bar next to the hp

@@ThreatXtra You can check on the ship stats tab to see what the loads will be when moving, max thrust and what each weapon will draw. One thing it doesn't do is break it down by individual weapons so for things like lasers that don't fire until they're in range you have to do the sums for any arrays that are further back
