@@Hiems_Morsus No I mean it's all the more impressive you can do it with one. Personally I don't see why I would use either over Voltshot Corrasion, has 5x the time to kill on everything and from any range.

Two things here: Range is clearly not what this player needs. Quite the opposite, and they committed to it. The class item granting Woven Mail from Duskfield grenades, Shadowshot keeping enemies suppressed, a Chill Clip glaive, and Finisher mods to dial up survivability to 11. All of the above proc Stylish Executioner too. Also, Voltshot requires a kill with a weapon, and Corrasion (and most pulses for that matter) would take too long to kill an enemy, reload and finally get the bonus. Most enemies here have void shields too. Hence, Noxious Veltiver with Jolting Feedback, which as an SMG, plays much better into these closer ranges and can deal with red bars better, even with their shields.

@@DarthDookieMan Most of the first paragraph is unrelated yap, and the last paragraph is just untrue. Corrasion has a higher time to kill on virtually every enemy type in the entire game. Regardless of “shields” or whatever other semantics you delved into in the latter half. You did have one true point though, in this GM and the one he did with subjunctive, he had under 10 kills with his primary 😂 so it’s not like it really matters if it’s an SMG or a pulse if it doesn’t get usage anyway.
