I was invited to this early access program when I had ~2k subs (I've grown a bit since then), but yes the invitation never made sense to me. I'm from SEA region so we don't have as many content creator as EU/NA, so it kinda makes sense for Riot to invite as many people from SEA region to get the more attention from this region. But in the end there's just more people that were invited but never even upload any content about it/never streams or even play the early access. Every time there's an early access event I feel left out because no one from my region plays right when we got access, I can't play in EU/NA because I'll have 200 ping. This early access event is really hollow for me and at this point I don't really care if I don't even get invited to the next one.

I was literally telling someone the other day that Amin's valorant content is so unique compared to the others and that its crazy he doesnt get to be part of the "in-crowd" or get to do collabs with other creators that would be funny to watch. I see why now. Its a shame, Amin should be way bigger. Hes so nice, clearly cares about the game and its community, and makes unique, interesting, and entertaining videos.

Wait so I don't get it what's wrong. You say the creators she picks are big but sometimes don't even post content about the exclusive tests. They don't invite them to have them make content they invite them because they're big and someone on each team will most likely be recording the match or whatever and tag the other creators or ft them and people who follow those creators will see it immediately. They choose people who don't even play the game becuase it brings a new audience. You play this game every day and the majority of your audience also plays this game every day why would they need to hype them up to play the game when they'll already be doing that without you playing the exclusive test. Everyone in the comments agreeing are also valorant content creators. All of your communities already slave away at this game they want the people playing other games to see valorant content and potentially get new players not pre existing ones. I repeated myself 3 times to make sure you see my perspective of what the val dev is community director is thinking when she does these and why she picks who she picks no disrespect to you guys I could be completely wrong but that's what I believe she's doing.

Its not exactly what the topic of this video is about but there is definitely massive corruption and power abusing happening within the staff of riot games. A while back there was a hacker in my game and he sent his discord and showed us how the hacks work, he said he made them himself and sells them for money on sites. After that he showed dms with a person named "ItsGamerDoc" who was hired for anti-cheat security in valorant, the hacker would dm him other peoples hacks so that he could ban them, and did this to sell his for more. ItsGamerDoc was aware of this and prevented the hacks that the hacker made from being banned himself. It just goes to show how bad this has gotten within the riot company.

I work in marketing field. It's not always "get the biggest ones and roll with them". We regularly collaborate with smaller creators in order to reach more niche audiences, while working with 1 or 2 bigger names. It's because the budget is limited, and it's because that's the most optimal strategy for reaching new customers. Although there should be criteria who can get into the program and whatnot, I know for myself running a marketing team means choosing what you and your team like, what you feel like is going to bring good results. Some creators create content that we just don't want to be associated as a brand with, and that is fine.

Honestly im not suprised at all. Riot has struck me as terribly corrupted company. A few months back i got randomly permabanned from valorant with an account i had spent roughly $100 on for cheating... which i have no idea how happened. Support refused to help me and said that my ban was rightfull because anti cheat said so. I have no idea how that is even legal, but TOS i guess.
