thanx for this output. however this is quite expensive for me, and for many am sure.... so my question is if i wanted a smaller version of this,... call it a half-storeyed house,.. like normal bungalow but with a one room up .. say one master bedroom upstairs and 3 rooms downstairs, would the cost reduce significantly? like to maybe 50% of the one presented

Five bedrooms (2 bedrooms on ground floor and 3 on top floor). One kitchen on lower floor and two living rooms; one on each floor.
