@@RaissaKalamai as an international student would you advice an incoming student to take 3.4.or 5 classes? Secondly, would you recommend living on or off campus? How did you settle in?

@@petersalami9458 honestly I would say 4 courses per semester is good for a start and once you have adjusted and gotten used to the system you can take 5courses. Then I will recommend living on campus if you are very new and know no one around but after your first semester or year you can live off campus because it’s cheaper and more independent

Also, do I pay for a place on campus before coming or can I get it the same day I require for it? @@petersalami9458 for me classes were quite easy at first because I had more time in my hands ie hadn’t gotten a job, didn’t know many people or engaging in activities as much but as time went on it became tougher trying to cope with work and other engagements.As for housing it’s better to secure a place before getting there cuz there’s a possibility of you arriving after school hours and there is no staff available to attend to you about getting a room on the spot (especially if you arrive at night as most international students do)

I think 9 credit hours for masters is for the whole program so you will have to split It 3/3/3 but if it says 9 credit hrs per semester then you will most likely have to take 3 different classes

Thanks so much for this video... We miss you I still don't understand something, for Business Administration, 120 credit course is require which is 40 courses in total. Assuming I took 3 class each semester, that will be 24 class by the end of 4 years. Will I still graduate or I have still complete the 120 credit courses.. Which will require more years. Yes you are correct… you will require more years if you take just 3 per semester

Actually 9 cdh meant only 9 hour in each sem Or per year(2 sem). So the class taken time is our own time like if i choose 4 class in one sem rest 5 can choose in next sem in random manner, aalso what is assignment there , can we take reference froom Library?

You add the total amount of credit hours first and then later add the differential fee.They haven’t added anything to the fees per course yet

The deadline to submit your immigration documents will be Thursday January 11th. If you do not submit a copy of your study permit by the deadline, you will be withdrawn from your Winter 2024 classes. The last day to drop classes and receive a full refund for Winter 2024 will be Friday January 19th

If the website said you need WES,then you need to go through that process honestly because they just want to see the equivalent in Canadian education system and which could work in your favour

You have to inform the school of your decision except you have exceeded the number of deferrals then you will have to be issued a new admission letter after you’ve informed them

Hi, this is something that is beyond your control and the university can’t do anything either about it. If you are able to catch up with classes that’s great(borrow notes from teachers and inquire if you’ve missed any tests or attendance ) or you can decide to defer the semester but I would advise that you try to catch up instead because two weeks in you don’t get to miss a lot of

You can take breaks in summer because it’s not compulsory for undergraduates however fall/winter are the times you need to take courses as an international student to maintain your status in Canada 🍁

Yes I think you need maths but if you don’t have it the university may require to take may be one or two math classes to give you a chance.. your IELTS result seem to be ok to apply for biology

Yes they do but that’s if you inform them you want to be on a financial plan…another thing I did at the time was just keep paying small small but know that there will be interest on it

It depends!!!and things have changed,you can do it but it would take you long to finish school just have that in mind.However if you can differ your admission to work it’s good too so that you can reduce the stress of thinking of how to pay the tuition

Yes, it has to be 3 credit hours multiplied by 3 to come up with the sum.also like I said, there are other costs the university will add to it depending on your faculty as well and extra curricular stuff
