For Tier jumping, I really only did that on the lower levels and then did breakeven jumps so I wasn't biting at the bullet to grab some parcels. I get antsy if I go too long. once I hit that breakeven I just keep placing down till I hit a plot before filling the tier in full. right now I'm sitting at 1021 parcels just coming off a breakeven jump and I'm building from there. What I need to do is get some more badges. I need 64 to activate that level 5 passport. I don't drive, so I really have to figure out how to get myself passing though 64 different towns So I can get that done. I'm sure as hades not hitchhiking to do it! XD the only problem I have now where the breakeven is concerned is for the next tiers they are so far apart. Next one is not as bad but the last two listed are quite a bit. I don't know that I'm that patient XD

I came to visit USA. I now get 2ab for an ad. 30× boost. Sweet. No surveys or arcade games though. How many ab you USA get per min in arcade?

It really depends. Also I am an iOS user and do not get AB per min played. The iOS rewards are based on different levels etc. Like, "get to level 5 and get 10 AB" or something like that. Android rewards are largely based on time, so I can't really talk with good certainty on that.

To answer this, I first would check out this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/mJ2ZfIapd7WVnJI , I just covered this exact topic. For reference, check out the link in the show notes titled Atlas Earth Boost Rate chart and pay attention to the chart with the South African flag above it. Then, using the chart, and the information in the video make your decisions. I did the video from the standpoint of a US account, but the approach will be the same, but your tiers will stop at different levels. In a future video I'll mention this question, thanks.

Do the Hat Levels have any effect, and what do we need to acquire in order to level up?

Good question. I have never seen any reference or heard anything that would say that the hat levels had any effect on the game other than showing a graphical representation of where they rate you as far as progress through the game goes. I also have not seen a chart as-to, what it takes to make each level. I'll keep my eye out and comment on it in a video if I find something. Thanks.

I am not tier jumping cause im in it for the long haul and not worried about 30-40ish cents for a little while. I got the subscription so i keep up. I am at 445. Getting two tonight at midnight and that'll put me at 447.

Here's one for you. Stay at my tier of 290 and never buy another plot. Max out my passports and then just turn all my plots into legendaries overtime and never lose any more percentage points.
