In starfeild there’s a mission with finding remains of fallen soldiers and erecting a monument. It hit close to home. I am going to be honest about this. I don't care about romance unless its pivotal to the story. I wouldn't mind a gay main character if done right, but to see how people go above and beyond to call us everything under the sun pisses me off. If it took you 8 years to make a 2 dollar Overwatch/Apex clone then I'm not buying it. Looking at the characters even I think I could design them to be better than that. When you're flushing hundreds of millions into it, video game players aren't enough. But alienating even that core isn't really a great way to start. They're spending Hollywood levels of money but have no idea how to get a Hollywood-level audience to buy into the result.
