This is a ventless dryer. You don't need to install the kit unless you remove the filters. It can provide a little extra protection from the fine particulate that may escape the filters but it's not needed!

Hand attachment on a vacuum or a handheld vac work really well for cleaning the filter parts. Much quicker

I have the exact same dryer and love it. Rec'd it as a gift for Christmas to go with the Giantex portable washing machine. I bought the indoor dryer kit which I have used. But usually I just vent it out the window. I bought regular dryer vent sleeving and it works great. I also bought extra filter from amazon which work great. I would suggest always cleaning both filters after every use.

I;d toss the filter out & save a lot of cleaning. or maybe just clean them after 20 uses witch still seems too often.

People can't read the description. I purchased one and it clearly states there 10 pounds meaning once it soak with water. So realistically yes it's 5.5 pounds or 10 once soaked.

2 o’clock to 6 o’clock and my socks and underwear are still not dry in the dryer and it’s only a couple pair of each. The dryer is not even half full. Something has to be wrong I’m sending mines back. My shirts and thermal pants I’ve dried on the vent in 15 minutes. It’s pointless for me to even have it especially in the winter time I can just put my clothes on the vents. It does not heat up cold air comes out.

I cannot fit a blanket unless it’s a baby blanket or throw blanket thin and small also it sets them well after about hour and a half now sheets yes I can dry up to a queen size sheets

I can also fit a queen size sheet with two shirts and socks. Also I can fit in one load six shirts and one pair of jeans. U will start to know how much when the clothes go in as long as u leave a good 8inches from the top open then shut it and turn on

Also people please DO NOT use dryer sheets unless you have the vent blowing outside. The chemicals cause cancer when heated in the dryer. I love dryer sheets so I made sure to put the vent hose out the window.
