I truly feel your page found me at the right time, Colette. As the saying goes when the student is ready the teacher will appear. It was around last yule when I first came across your page and the video of naming the new well (Danu?). I have never followed a youtube channel this closely but am absolutely delighted each time you upload. I am grateful for your videos as I learn more about the wheel of the year and replace my christian traditions for ones that suit me and my love for nature and mother earth. I am always excited for your videos about the festivals, your insight is lovely and just hearing how you pronounce them is a huge help for me. Your new wreath is absolutely lovely and it has inspired me to make one for Lughnasadh. If I could ask anything it would just be for your insight on the 4 vs 8 festivals.. Did ancient celts celebrate the equinox and solstice as well? Its sometimes hard to find resources on the wheel without Wiccan influence. If you have any books you recommend on these topics I would love to hear! Many blessings xx

New potatoes and mint make good companions, I agree. If you find yourself with old , floury potatoes, adding a teaspoon-full of dill will lift them into something special.

Good day!! Loved watching the breeze through the woodland and wishing it would come here.my potato harvest was enjoyed by a rabbit 🐇 or ground squirrel.one good thing is I have tons of squash or courgettes, that word sounds so much better,lol.i have lots to share with the animals and neighbors.i had my first fig off my tree and it was delicious 😋 I saw some balsamic vineager with figs. I am fully loving ,and living with"the wheel "sinds the end of last year. Have to learn a lot, and love it. It was stolen from me because of religion. Potatos - Yum. I just watched this guy make the best french fries using a log with four slits to it, and created the fire from inside.. He did it in the snow, and well you know how delicious that was.. So glad it cooled off.

Hi Collete. I love my spuds and I bet yours will be very tasty 😋 I'm growing some broad beans which I rescued from B&Q for 50p per pot ,and I harvested 3 pods yesterday so cooked them with some green beans..I've got big plans to grow more edibles next year. I usually just grow ornamental plants but I've bought a couple of those metal raised beds to grow some peas and beans in . I'll probably end up rehoming some plants to make room for crops, which makes perfect sense this day and age. I've bought a lemon tree this year and it's been flowering it's head off this summer and has lots of young lemons on it. I wish I had more room to grow plants and edibles but I'm grateful really for just having a garden xx

Hi Colette, the potatoes look fantastic! Our potatoes have been growing well and are very tasty! Still have some more growing too! Dug up the last of the onions, they were very strong in flavour! Not much left of the spinach now though but have some beans growing! You can't beat the flavour of home grown, enjoy the rest of your day many blessings ❤️

I love how you leave the wasps as they will. Speaking to wildlife creates a loving connection. They feel peaceful energy and respond in kind. That’s been my experience, anyway.
