it's your responsibility to get it, you also don't need it to vote so long as you are registered to vote and have ID with your address on it, the electoral role is printed for the centres they will find you from your name not your polling card DO NOT ACCEPT A NO!

@@sacredcloud23 Mainly that the west needs to join together and form policy which will manage it fairly in conjunction with a far higher level of foreign aid to reduce the pull factor arising from the vast inequalities in wealth between north and south. But frankly I’m not sure anyone really knows.
