Ok if these companies want to drop clients after years of the client paying for coverage, then they should notify the client and some kind of remebursement based payment history is the fair and honest way to end this transaction. Otherwise class action lawsuits should become the new normal.

People move out into forested areas to "embrace nature." That move involves your structure in fire territory. Avoid the risk by not building in forests or fire-prone rangeland.

Oh the irony! Where we live, we would be in HUGE trouble if we removed a shrub or a tree! I live in King County and got in a huge ordeal because we removed a lawn in our backyard. One year and tens of thousands of dollars later, we still tangled up in red tape. I wish King5 would help us!!
