I read The Girl in White in August lol I started spooky season early, couldn't help myself. I loved this book! It was spooky and had all the spooky vibes such as cold weather, wind, leaves, small town, etc but was also super wholesome with the friendships that bloomed and the solving of a mystery/legend with a friend group. It is a book I'm definitely going to reread

Ok have you read A Discovery of Witches? I read it for the first time in September last year not knowing it takes place during September and October. It gave me such perfect fall witchy romance vibes 🥰 I proceeded to fly through the rest of the trilogy and loved it. I’m not usually a re-reader but… I have been CRAVING to read it again as it gets closer and closer to fall, so I really think you should give it a try if you haven’t yet

It’s not autumn until Alexandra Roselyn post her cozy autumn TBR! I am going to be re reading Legends and Lattes in anticipation of the prequel that comes out in November! I also, highly recommend The Books of Elsewhere series for a spooky, borderline scary middle grade read. I also enjoy rereading spooky classics this time of year, such as Frankenstein, Dracula, Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, as well as some more contemporary classics like Coraline, Paranorman, The Graveyard Book, etc. 🎃🎃

I read Ink Blood Sister Scribe last month and loved it!!! It’s one of my five star ratings of the year (only 5 of 75 read). 🎃 It gave me some Atlas Six vibes, but with a more direct plot. I loved the way it weaves together and it had some great twists. It would make a great winter read!

Autumn is the best season. Arthur Hailey books (Hotel and Airport) are the perfect autumnal reads for me. This books are classics already. It is little bit slow paced, but I’ll definitely can recommend them.

Loving the autumn vibe! The Narrow was really good and spooky. I can't wait to hear what you think of it. And House of Roots & Ruin is sort of a sequel to House of Salt and Sorrow. Verity is the youngest girl of the family from House of Salt and Sorrow. If you remember from that book she drew pictures of her dead sisters which foreshadowed how she could see ghosts.

Oooh, I got to be the 1,000th LIKE! LOL. Not sure whether to say thanks in a sincere or sarcastic way, because you've convinced me to add so many more books to my autumn TBR, which is already all three shelves on my new TBR cart. Clearly not a realistic number of books to read in two and a half months. Kate Alice Marshall is a favorite automatic read for me since I read Rules for Vanishing last year. I'm currently reading her book Thirteens, the first in a middle grade trilogy.

The coziest book on my list is probably "Ravenfall" by Kalyn Josephson but I'm also excited to read "Rebecca" and "Blood Debts." The "Practical Magic" book DEFINITELY has a different vibe from the movie, and even the plot is majorly different. It's still very enjoyable, just don't go into it expecting the same feelings or atmosphere as the movie.

I’m reading THE HOUSE WITCH by Delemhach. It’s part of a series and it revolves around a witch/mage named Fin. He gets a job as a royal cook, he has a cat familiar named Kraken, and there’s a big mastery about why he’s there and why he doesn’t want anyone to know he has magic. I’m only 4 chapters in but it’s been fun so far🍂🍁🎃
