A newer show that I think is great for fall is the comedy "Ghosts". It's about a couple that inherits an old haunted mansion. The woman falls and hits her head and can suddenly see and communicate with all the ghosts. It is a pretty funny show.

🎃 Graphic novel recs: Anya's ghost, spooky middlegrade with a girl and her ghost friend, Hellboy comics, essentially a detective investigating dark fairy tale creatures with lots of witches, ghosts and monsters, Baba Yaga's Assistant, need I say more. Fall book rec: M is For Magic, Neil gaiman short story anthology for middlegrade. Fall movies: Paranorman! Absolute fav animated fall movie, so sweet. Fall tv: the old Sabrina the Teenage Witch, it's all on Hulu I think it's so good to rewatch this time of year.

I love visiting local museums because there less busy then in the summer. There was a cartoon that I used to watch during Halloween time when I was a kid. I remember loving it, it was a little spooky, but all I remember about it was a bunch of kids and this huge tree. I was a kid in the 80’s though so it’s probably long gone. I’ve always wondered what the same of it was.

Love disney dreamlight valley, I've been obsessed since it came out. What I do for Fall is watch all the OG Disney Halloween Movies and Special Episodes like Twitches, Suite life of Zack and Cody ect and I get new clothes for fall.

I watch Silver Linings Playbook as a Christmas movie!! I originally saw during the holidays and always associate it with that time. I’m also from Philadelphia (where it’s set) and the accents, fandom, everything is SPOT ON! Such a good movie ❤️

I watch it in November transitioning to Christmas! Please read the book if you haven't already! The climax of the movie is actually only three quarters of the way through. The climax is Christmas Day and it is so beautiful, it absolutely catapulted the book into one of my favorites. The movie and book are both lovely...just different. I remember having a hard time wrapping my head around J Law first too, but she just acted the part soooo well. 🎃

Lexi you need to play stardew valley. It is such a cozy game, and you go through all of the seasons. There’s farming and fishing and mining, and you get to know all of the characters and their stories. I replay it all the time!! You would definitely love it 🖤🎃

Two other great games for autumn is UnRavel and Unravel 2. You play a little character made of yarn adventuring through different settings. As you solve puzzles to travel through your environment you see a story playthrough in the background. Unravel is one player, but Unravel 2 is two players. The whole series is beautifully illustrated and the stories will definitely pull on your heartstrings. I highly recommend trying them out!

Hi Lexie, I am new to your channel and the whole booktube space in general actually. I didn’t even know it was a thing until I saw one of your videos on my homepage… needless to say I am kind of obsessed now! But I just wanted to pop on and say that although physical books are the best, I listen to a lot of audiobooks to help me fall asleep at night, and if you haven’t already I have to recommend that you listen to one of Neil Gaiman’s books that he narrates himself. His voice is just Amazing and it lends so so much to his stories. Once I listened to one I went through a binge of every book of his that he narrates, The Graveyard Book being top 3. I just love him and he is definitely perfect for this time of year! Anyway thanks for all the great recommendations, my wishlist has gained about 100 books since I started watching your videos about a week ago!

It's a remake of The Shoppe Around the Corner with Jimmy Stewart and Margaret Sullivan. If you haven't seen it, I HIGHLY recommend the movie "Coco".
