With all respect and gratitude I have for you history stories, I hope the writer of this history story realizes the error in her history. Regardless of where( Hagars son Ishmael / Egypt/ TURKEY/ MUSLIM) Santa Claus was created to lead people away from the Birth of the CHILD Jesus Christ.. God with us, salvation for people's souls. Martin Luther knew this. There is no Christmas celebration apart from acknowledging CHRIST , saviour for people's souls.
