Very pretty trail, we've never attempted in the winter before. I would imagine the rock scramble section would be a bit slippery. Fear of heights shouldn't be an issue there but you would be surprised by how many people we've watched struggle with that part more than anything. It's always worth the effort though.

I thoroughly enjoyed your hike without suffering the chilly toes. Spectacular view at the peak!

@@trailtalestravel Thank you very much for replying to the comment. Whenever you start a short solo trip of 4-5 days, Moses Peak is a must. It is a 5300m height۔ from the top of moses pea which you can see the views of the K2 highest peak in the world, Nangaparbat, K6 k11 and K 12 views in one frame. best time from May to October. This is a family track.

Beautiful cinematography! Thank you for posting. This inspires me to go to Killarney Park. One small critique: I don't agree that Ontario is "remarkably flat." 🙂 Even near Lake Ontario, where I live, the deep ravines provide an undulating terrain, and the Group of Seven became famous for painting the mountain landscapes of northern Ontario.

Some people are just begging for a serious injury attempting that in those conditions.
