@@Conza No. Utopia is about a fictitious govt department trying to engineer large infrastructure projects for the benefit of Australia (and its govts political image), while Hollowmen is about the govt PR Press office dept and the machinations and spin of govt. Same production company, so many of the same actors, but two totally different shows.

@@Conza No it's not. They made the shows quite a few years apart and although some of the cast is the same they play different characters. The show Utopia is probably as much about office dynamics as politics. Utopia is known as dreamland in foreign markets.
