@@XIII1013 Yeah it's kinda hard because most of the spots I ride aren't marked trails so they technically have no name. Maybe I should make names for them and see if they catch on...? I love that you enjoy the videos.

Pretty loose place Hokkaido hey! So many people I know who can't stop themselves from coming back. Furano is mad, I went there a couple years ago for a week. Definitely colder than here but has some proper size mountains up that way. Fingers crossed we both have a deep February!

What a crazy wild day. @16:00 you said things were pretty tracked up, how long after the lifts opened was that? How long before the lifts opened did you get there to get second gondola? How long was the line when lifts opened? What outrageous season you're heading toward. Cheers.
@BlaizeKellyКүн бұрын
I don't really remember but that was after like 5 or 6 laps so I'd guess around 10.30-11ish? Arrived at the gondola at like 8.05 that day which is late for me. There's not many people around in early December though so you can be a little later than usual. Once tourists start rocking up and the gates open, it changes a lot.

Not at all, it runs like a dream. Hasn't really been too cold yet though so we'll find out in a few weeks. Will definitely be put to the test on some summit hikes as it gets mega windy and therefore cold up there.

@BlaizeKelly2 күн бұрын
@@jp0924 it depends on what lift ticket you get and how many days. You can get half-mountain or all-mountain tickets and then they get cheaper the more days you buy together. I buy the all-mountain season pass which id 150k Yen (about $1500 AUD) as an example. But they are getting more expensive every year.

Welcome to the realities of skiing in Niseko. It's getting more expensive every year as well. Unless you're looking at coming for an entire season (and getting a private rental property), there's really only shared/dorm rooms that are cheap. Everything else is catered to people with lots of money unfortunately.
