A bob track would be great next to the slope. When you have enough snow you can easily build turns with side walls with a shovel. You don’t need a steep hill to reach a good speed when it’s icy. This was a lot of fun as kid. I often spent the whole night watering the track 😅

friendly tip for when felling bigger trees us to cut a wedge on the side you want it to fall and if you don't understand how that works I would recommend watching a felling video to see how they do it but looking great man!
