I’m a Ohio cop. First off I love and respect your Chanel. Been here since 200k. As far as the 1st story and testing drugs. It’s the same as if it was found on the streets ( a traffic stop). Your arrested and charged immediately. The dope gets sent to a lab. If it comes back pos, your F’ed. If it comes back neg then your still f’ed. Because the charge is still on your record but theirs no conviction. In my opinion the system is set up to fail people and just get money

Many years ago I spent a couple of weekends in the Norfolk Virginia City jail. Every meal you were given two whole pieces of fruit. It could be a banana and an apple or an orange and a pear but it was two whole pieces of fruit. Years later I was in the Norfolk Virginia City jail for 4 months and the only fruit you was given was a half of an orange once a month.

Any one been in prison come out on parole usually they give probation to one's that havent commented serious crimes or first time offenders of nonviolent crimes.i could be wrong thats just from what I have seen.

It would depend if its federal or state. Most murders are either in prison for life. Unless they plead go lesser charge example manslaughter. They can usually get out and yes there on state probation.

My brother got sentenced to 4 months for his 4th DUI. The judge gave him 30 days to sort his affairs and then turn himself in. So the day comes and he has to be at the theo lacey facility (OC California) at 7:00pm My brother is NOT the jail type so I feel bad but he needed help. My grandmother calls me at ELEVEN o clock at night and asks me to pick him up from the jail. The SECOND he was booked, he was fed kicked. He was never even housed and kicked after 4 hours of being there

When I was 17 the probation officer started giving me drug pamphlets with my orders. As I stated earlier I was always high when I went to the probation office. I decided the best thing to do was flip out on the lady. I told her," why are you giving me these pamphlets? Do you think I do drugs? You can drug test me right now I know that the results will be." Lucky for me this lady was soft and she didn't call my bluff. The '90s were a great time.

If you want to try and get rid of the echo if your new studio try some acoustical absorption panels with an NRC rating that efficiently absorbs the 2k-6k HZ frequency spectrum and perhaps mix them with some acoustic diffusers. Both things can be made DIY style for less than $25 per 24x24 panel.

Otherwise I would of been wearing prison issue for a week until my property which would be handed in at reception by my family .HMP Manchester 2013 My probation was in cheetham hill Manchester when I was released.

Should last time I went through a metal detector at the courthouse for my probation I was almost 18 years ago I was wearing steel cap boots a big ass belt and I have my razor knife in my pocket cuz that's what I was required for work and my probation meetings were set up for right after work I don't know if my probation officer told the guards at the front or they were just that cool I take my razor knife off set it on the counter before I went through the metal detector and I do them every time hey I got steel caps on you can search me if you want to I never had a problem going through a metal detector I probably could have walked through with a f****** knife in my pocket and I would have still been fine as I would walk out the guards were hit me back my razor knife and tell me to have a good day

I seen a dude get pulled out of the urine test bathroom by 3 sheriffs and his pants was falling straight off his ass, and had a tube attached to a bag filled with prolly clean piss.. dripping out on the floor the whole way down the hall. An when you on probation here they do 2 at a time and you have a C.O sit and watch you .. smdh an you have to stand behind this tape that’s like a foot away from toilet so needless to say.. the CO see everything..

He didn't beat the charge. They most likely violated him for missing the appointment he skipped out on, then violated him when he inevitably pissed hot at the jail, and tested the substance with a field kit to get a presumptive positive which led to new street charges.

Nothing worse than a shy bladder,shit it's hard to piss when watched, the only thing that helps me is to have a tap on with my fingers under the water whilst whistling at the same time! In the UK those test cups you pee in even have a temperature gauge on them. Before the tests got technical I've used dog piss and cold tea stained water, the good old days😁 your not getting away with that anymore though.

You can get in trouble for counterfeit drugs here in ohio like if you try and sell something as drugs so im sure dude could have been charged for counterfeit drugs if the defence said it was drugs plus he would prob still get violations for running from p.o or sometype of no show...trust me if they want you in jail they will find something to put you in for no matter how small and petty the charge is
