I have the Canon Demi EE17 that you saw there. Actually, I have three... that's how many I needed to find one that worked. The first had a jammed wind-on lever (like yours) which is a common issue. The second's meter was underexposing (I was using the correct battery) probably due to corroded battery terminals inside which are not easily accessible. The third had been serviced after the wind-on lever had jammed on the previous owner and is now working perfectly. It's a joy to use and the exposure system is especially intuitive and flexible (Auto, shutter priority or manual). Lens is great and sharp in the centre at f1.7, but not as sharp as my Yashica Half 14 (but the Canon is much cuter).
