Patti was a pretty fast sled for her time. In 90, 91, 92, and 93, there were RXL's everywhere. Guys used to even have their enclosed trailers painted with RXL murals. And that was during a time when open trailers were the norm. Pinstripes were a big deal, too.

Absolutely! The 650 was polaris biggest triple at the time, till the storm came out in 93. I love those 650s.🍻

Wow. This one is a complete nut and bolt tear down. That would be a half year easy the way I go at it. Great idea on putting fasteners back where they came from right away instead of tossing em all together in a can. I even ziplock bag and lable all the loose stuff to keep it seperated and easy to reassemble.......this is real important if you have memory loss, especially after several months ( or even years ! ). BTW, the term " Big Red Head Triple " is allready reserved for the legendary Yamaha 700's from "97 thru '04 .
