The other 1% are those insane stories you hear about people trying to find cures for sick loved ones, or having an unhealthy obsession with a specific job that turns into a crippling addiction to work. It's always money, and that's what it should be. Your job should never be more than a tool to enable you to live the life you want to live outside of work. Some people desire lives that require them to constantly push themselves for more money. But make no mistake,nearly every single working adult in the game of life is mainly in it for money.

More time spent training the newhires than actually doing the job they get paid for, I'd be pissed too since you don't get double time for it. After all juggling your job and makin' sure the newbie doesn't off himself before getting paid medical are two full plates in and of themselves, ESPECIALLY if the newbie in question doesn't know how a hammer works. Which is a problem I never thought I'd see past the age of 8.

I was in a class in the off season. I was 7 years in taking three classes. I was sitting next to a kid in his 3 year of being in the union. It was a class to get certified to measure distance from given points. He didn't know how to use a tape measure 😢 I feel everyone should buy old cars and definitely old homes. I do hardwood floors. And I hate all you assholes! I've done so many board replacements different people being ignorant. Contrary to popular belief hardwood floors aren't really that hard they scratch if you look at them funny. And once you have to take a floor part from the middle because of two or three fucked up boards it ain't never the same. The best one was a plumber that hooked up a toilet on the second floor on a Friday afternoon come Monday morning 1200 ft of bamboo flooring glue directly to slab ruined give me my partner a week and a half to tear that shit out so yeah fuck the plumbers, but no reality is usually the site supervisor fault for being so far behind schedule that he has to have people come in after us we're supposed to be the last ones besides the cleaning people in that house new construction I'm talking about here. Oh yeah and a double fuck you to The appliance guys we still can't figure out how to install an under counter dishwasher without destroying four or five boards right in front of the thing. Okay that's all thanks for letting me vent .
