But you have to remember that... 1.Sonic encouraged a six year old to do damage to public and private property (to and with illegal machines) and that's not all because. 2.Sonic took Tails to fight a well known robot army making criminal with means he not only endangered a kid's life (showed by Sonic 2's ending) but shows something much worse. 3.Sonic uses Tails as Child labour/Child soldier. Think about how Sonic has been treating Tails all this time, how he "let's" Tails follow him, how he so easily just allows a six year old to fix dangerous equipment and how he got said six year old to fight a army of robots. Now that we got that sorted out, let's see what sonic's crimes are. Kidnapping (while Tails did follow Sonic,Sonic still allowed him to and thus has taken Tails form whatever orphanage he was in.)Though I do admit it is a strength, considering we don't know if Tails had a orphanage so you don't have to count it. Child endangerment (be it form allowing Tails to fly planes to fixing them and even putting him in life dangerous situations, Sonic undefully has committed this crime.) Child Labor (Sonic not only allows Tails to build/Repair machines but encourages it and then "let's" Tails follow and help him with his adventures) Child soldier (Sonic has gotten Tails to fight Dr,Eggman multiple times and through Sonic has stopped this behavior,his crimes for before still stands.) Ps. Sorry for any bad grammar or any false information,I had to do this in a rush and didn't have mush time. I'll probably remake this later and um this was for fun so please don'tt take it seriously though i am all for criticism! PsPs. Blue being sadness, Red being anger, Green being envy/disgust, e.c.t. Then decide which traits align with the behavior of the impostors in Among Us. Granted it's less of a mathamatical method, and more of a scientific method, but still.

So fun fact- Luigi's sentence was 168 years, meaning that Sonic's sentence is exactly 990 years (minus two weeks to account for release dates) longer than Luigi's. You would need 6.89 Luigis running around to match just *one* Sonic the Hedgehog- even if the shock of nearly six more Luigis by itself wouldn't be enough to topple the society we hold so near and dear... Objections: Dr. Robotnik is a known war criminal, so Sonic's crimes involving the destruction of his property is actually being an Unlawful Combatant. Furthermore, in games beyond Adventure 2 and Shadow, Shadow becomes an agent of GUN, meaning his crimes against them were either swept under the rug at some point or legally lifted in some way. The same is likely true of Sonic's intrusion of the president's limo, since in Shadow the Hedgehog we see a picture Sonic and Shadow took in front of the White House. The president very well could have given a pardon. Additionally, American law systems have a maximum timeframe after the crime has been committed during which it can be prosecuted, so I must ask that the regicide charge be lifted entirely. My biggest objection however has got to be the speeding: The world simply has no rules for speeding on foot with no mechanical aid of any kind. ANYONE running fast enough to break speed limits by all accounts shouldn't be accountable for it without legislative change to accommodate the unprecedented new standard. That would likely occur at some point, but there's no word on doing so. A valid charge you missed in your pursuits however is Jaywalking. Being able to keep up with cars on foot doesn't excuse running on roads meant for them.
