Many of the early crimes are more on the head of the operation and/or Mira instead of the Imposter who is as much of an "Outside Temporal Employee" (and thus not applicable for such charges) as you can get. But with having a Mass Murderer on the stand I wouldn't be picky. Al Capone was imprisoned for "Severe Blackmailing" as that could actually be proven after all. Also, the Among Us trope "Cut-Ins" were a great touch.
