Charles needed someone to be there for him 100%, put him on a pedestal and Diana couldn't do that because she needed someone super supportive, not bothered about putting her needs first. Also, both needed not to get married but to see a therapist.

It’s funny and incredibly ironic that the actors that played Charles and Camilla, the woman we know he will end up with don’t really have that same chemistry or spark that Josh and Emma has. This scene has proven to be bad for the heart for the following reasons. 1. We actually wanted them to be this in love it's ridiculous. Our heart couldn't push aside the great chemistry between the two that it had us wishing the princess is still alive and happily married!!! 2.
