I must admit that I was very skeptical when it was announced the crows will be in the series from the very beginning, despite them appearing in the book-verse MUCH later. I read the Shadow and Bone book right before watching the show and didn’t know about Six of Crows until after I finished the first episode and looked it up. That being said, the second Jesper came on the screen (and I mean like JUST the first glance of him) I was like “Ah, yes! I have no idea who this is, but this one’s my favorite.” Now I’m finished with all the books, and after reading SoC, he STILL remains my favorite. I love this show, I loved the books more than I thought I would, and now I’m impatiently waiting for the second season by watching funny moments.
