Don't be silly there is a lot that goes on between elections like awarding huge contracts to all your friends and then trying to cover it up and hoping nobody figures it out.

i thought about this the other day. the problem today is everyone is in it for themselves theres no more Canada or being Canadian.

No private company will ever increase supply in the anticipation of price decrease. Permits are not homes. Developers are already scaling down their projects and firing workers because there is not enough demand at the current price level. So only government could increase supply in this situation.

Vince, very good point on governance. You have hit on a major problem.

Hey Vince, great video. At the end you mention to donate food to your local food bank. While donating food to a food bank can be helpful and is good if it's all you can give. From talking to several people who run food banks, it's much more helpful to give money. They can aggregate it to get bulk deals on foods from suppliers and they can also fill nutritional gaps in their inventory. If all you can give is food, by all means it will be helpful. But the work of having to inventory it and re distribute is harder than getting a palette of Canned chickpeas with donations at cost. Either way, good message and I hope someone reads this and helps.

Have you seen the story of international students making tutorials online of "how to get free food in Canada", describing how to take adantage of foodbanks?

Don’t forget to mention the suicide rate of international students . But does it matter with MIAD? Unless your struggling with gender dystopia . What is is ? Suicide prevention or promotion?

Greetings, Vince, thanks for discussing the commonsense approach. I wish we had more people like you. Anyway, the horse has already bolted the stable. It's too late. Unfortunately, so much damage has been done. Hope we can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Hope we had the forward the thinkers like yesteryears. Thanks a bunch.
