It’s very hard to unlock: You have to play as a sauropod just before the extinction and run into a jungle/rainforest. You also have to have the rare Pygmy trait. I’ve played as one and the sneak is maxed out. It blends in well to the trees so nobody notices it.

To unlock Mokili Membe, you must spec into the reptilian player base, unlock gigantism, and glitch into the Congo jungle using exploits from the New Zealand server. Once inside, you'll unlock the ability to evolve your neck, and then increase stealth through a glitch known as "jungle dram skip" then you'll be playing as the greatest cryptid build in all of Outside

It's not through microtransactions. Each playthrough you run you are rewarded X amount of soul points which you can then use to buy a new class, and unlock it for play. The cryptid classes though are insanely expensive though, which is why they are so rare if around at all. Additionally, after a play through you have to spend more soul points to play the class. I've got lockness monster unlocked, and it's a LOT of fun to play. Now days though, you don't get nearly as much soul points as you use to back when they were introduced, meaning you have to do more playthroughs to save enough points so you can play it. The real problem though is that when the current expansion was released, those classes were moved to a secret list. That's because some players managed to survive the server wipe in those builds, and the devs couldn't completely remove them from the game with out trying another server wipe. So they moved the classes to a secret spot that you have to search for. They did this in the hopes that the class would just die off. They also lowered how many soul points you get from each playthrough, and started charging you for the class even though you already unlocked it.

I'm in the cephalopod faction, I have however seen quite a few human players, and I want to confirm these observations i have made, because if they are true, then I really really should have picked human. I have seen humans breathing under water, and through the unlock of materials, teaching and learning skilltrees, be able to make huge machines that move at incredible speed, both underwater, on water, on land, and in the sky. They also seem to have unlocked some kind of a secret skill that allows them to kill something from far far away by just using a weak version of he move Grab. (Only one finger moves). They seem way too overpowered to me, and I think I am just going to commit game over and start out as a human in my next playthrough.

Here’s how to unlock Mokèlé-mbèmbé: Step one: Join as a lizard player Step two: travel very deep into the Congo jungle along the Congo river Step three: Find a rhinoceros and elephant in the area Step four: find the sacred temple (this step is very difficult it may take weeks to find) Step five: if each of you step on the pedestal in the temple, you should be able to merge and each of you will become a Mokèlé-mbèmbé!

Sasquatch allows human level intelligence with octopus level stealth. They don’t give up team play completely but instead choose solo or small team play (4-6 players or less) for spawning new lives and basic sentry protection. They also have the potential advantage of infrared vision and cami due to a light scattering oil reflector coating their fur. They’ve got much more range with less supplies required as well, even to the point where the fire tool isn’t necessary for survival in sub arctic metas. Sasquatch is obviously OP.

@coolchrisable Gods are essentially maxed out versions of existing builds (mostly humans), each one having unique abilities, that can only be killed by other gods or builds with the 'divine' attribute. In short, gods would probably have to have their own tier list because even within the single "species" their abilities are vastly different. If you rated gods against the existing tier list, you would have to add another tier above S, because they outrank everything else by at least as much as S Tier Builds outrank A Tiers (heck, some people are already saying they should add an SS Tier with only humans).

Before my next play through I got a free trial of admin and I can confirm this. It was my fault, I was screwing around and set crytids to temp public (devs still building more). I got in a lot of trouble and got kicked from the admin rooms along with being forced to change my map from a dragon planet called scroll to earth and my character got lost sooo. Lesson learnt to not mess around too much when an admin.

Mokele Mbembe can be unlocked by bringing over a character file of a small Sauropod into the main game, make sure you give it the correct environment however and invest Evolution Points carefully, like into stealth to avoid the Devs banning you

@Mershikov Sometimes it really is, but it not being removable is not true in a lot of those cases. The problem is depression is a collective term for a whole bunch of intelligence and sanity debuffs, some of them are actual character bugs, like brain chemistry inbalances that are removable by the doctor prestige class, some would just need a support player like a cat or dog, and some are misindetifications of other debuffs or outright fabrications thanks to all the rumor mills on the chatrooms.

There are cases in which they will think their being depressed is bad luck, such as if the _cause_ was due to bad luck, and they aren't necessarily wrong to think that. If your lover dies in a freak car accident while they're walking on a footpath, that is bad luck. Resultantly, any depression experienced because of it would be from bad luck. And additionally, thinking it's due to bad luck and thinking it's a lost cause are different things. You can end up depressed out of bad luck and still seek help. The Haast's eagle (cryptid variant) unlock method was recently leaked to a select few members of a discord server once the last player of the class quit, although it is insanely convoluted and not worth your time, other than maybe for grinding achievement points. The method starts by selecting the hawk build, and choosing the spawn location to be in the Oceania region. The method will not work if you choose any other region of the map. The next step is to spend 1 evolution point on every stat and spend at 10 on xp boost to max it out. Afterwards, start grinding as much xp as you can. This will be very difficult, as all of your stats are gatbage at this point. To complete this process and become gigantic, you need to spend xp to get the -20% size decrease perk, putting your size at 0.7. Afterwards, spend more xp to get the -1 flat size decrease, putting your size at -0.3. Make sure to have autosave on before you do this. Since you have negative size, the game's engine will bug out and set your size to the maximum. This will crash your game when you first change, which is why autosave is required. After booting up the game again, you will unlock the Haast's eagle. Unfortunately the maximum player count for this build is capped at 3, meaning that you will need to wait quite some time in the queue before you are able to play it.

There's also the regenerative version of these which can grow new heads and the giant crustacean which is often thought to actually be a giant cephalopod, and those players using skins from the Devs other games. Of course, I'm talking about vampires, dragons, hyrdas, krakens and aliens, but I'm interested in learning more about them and how they'd fit the meta if they are real. Like, would a kraken be able to eat anything smaller than whales because of the size of its pincers? As a data miner for the theoretical simulation “Outside” I found the file for the cryptid classes, but it’s private. When I open them, there’s disturbing audio with an image of the respective cryptid and side audio related to them. Grunting for Bigfoot, howling for the chupacabra, innocent squeaks for Nessie. There is also text reading “you are a fool for believing they’re in the game.” Either they don’t exist, or they’re somewhere else in the code. Can’t believe no one has posted how to unlock the lock ness build. So when logged in as a human character go the kanto region of the japan server. Then find a small island with a truck, crawl under it and don’t move or go into sleep mode for 24 hours. Then log out and log back in, if you did it right you’re save file will restart as a nessy build. If it isn’t just try waiting another 24 hours. :)

I made a game like this up in my head and thanks for the inspiration to do cryptids. Also in my game you unlock the loch ness monster from the triassic jurassic or cretateous dlc. (You can use it whenever you want not only in the dlcs.) And the same for the mkele mbebe. Also cryptids stats get lowered if a human sees them. (The same exact human has to see them many more times for there stats to be lowered again.) Also to get jackolope you have to have deer or antolope playable and get a bunch of evolution points for jack rabbits to unlock it. You can also get the dover demon by finding a closed interdimensional portal and sacrificing 5 humans who become evil and exetremely hard to beat and if you kill them you unlock dover demon who is suprisingly very op. Also human players you sacrifice die when they become evil. And bigfoot is unlocked by getting every great ape (except for gigantopithacus yetis yowies orang pendeks and of course bigfoot.) And using a bunch of evolution points. And to get mothman you need every kind of moth in game cause 5 disasters in every continet as any kind of moth and it costs a lot of evolution points but its worth it bc though your stat lowering when people see you is much higher than other cryptids and if the same human sees you again it will lower stats there is a 30% chance of causing a disaster. And dogman is unlocked by unlocking humans and unlocking every north american wolf and upgrading your grey wolf intelligence. Also dover demons stats dont get as lowered by human sightings and if one human lowers their stats they can never be lowered again by that human and jackolopes being the weakest cryptids actually dont lose stats from being seen by humans but they should still stay away because their meat is one of the best food sources for humans bc it lowers the rate they get hungry for 50 mins and are as good as eating bison. So cryptids have to stay elusive.

They actually do exist. I use the kraken build constantly, because it’s easy to learn and you can get ridiculous amounts of kills by bringing down ships. Sometimes fish players swarm me, and that makes the players in ships come by and kill the fish players for free kills. It gets really annoying if you can’t fend them off correctly.

Usually, you unlock it from playing a giant/colossal squid build and isolating yourself from the public long enough so when you grow in size, you look extremely large and are basically already the kraken. Then you unlock it.

how to get the Bigfoot character 1. pick human and get a very rare trait of hair growing all around you body. 2. after you get lvl 20+ go into the forests and try to get you lvl up as high as possible. 3. after you die you can respawn as a human again and each lvl adds a 0.5% chance of you getting the Bigfoot character. its super hard to get but I've met some players while playing as an animal in the forest and they are really op, they have huge speed and because of their stealth and size they have mostly successful hunts. because of that the older they grow they put more points into stealth and they get harder to find.

Well, first of you need to start of as a human player. Then manage to get your int and stealth maxed out. Then you need to be an abusive teamplayer. Get a lot of Equips, and Active Evolution Formula. It's a difficult route. However, some High end int players are trying to make this route and similar routes more viable. They are even trying to solve the void servers, sure there is access, but the survivability in that harsh environment without any loot is real is the current problem.

the issue with the eldritch builds is that they give a dramatic hit to the sanity of all the other builds around them, as such they're only playable in a specific other-world server that's very difficult to unlock unless you do some intense data-mining.

@@taloscal let's be real here, the rumors that they are even unlockable, and not just straight up exploitation of the game engine by hackers, are false. The fact that you can get so high intelligence, so big size, and so high stealth at the same time, while even wielding mastery over most if not ALL of the physics engine that dominate the conditions for the game (space expansion not included, only a few builds managed to meet the requirements for now), all point to an obvious conclusion: It MUST be cheaters. Yet I find it intriguing that it's the int builds that get messed with the most by eldritch-type players. Seems like size-intimidation along with knowledge unknown to the other int players, make for a sanity-draining build that could really shake up the meta if implemented! Maybe some of the eldritch-types spotted and foretold of, are beta-tests by the developers? There's been rumors of figures with comparable skills among many of the human builds after all, maybe human builds know something the rest of the player base doesn't? For better or worse.

Given the Thunderbird’s high affinity for the Electricity Elemental ability from a previous build of the game, back when Spectral and Psychic were the meta, there’s a chance they were moved to another server where they’d be able to continue being used against the various other Sky Hunter builds. Actually, the criptids are a type of class that evolved from certain classes, there are some cases of known players admitting they played as a cryptid. A cryptid is actually determined by a chance generator, on certain builds like the Ice bear and some certain ape builds there is a very, a very small chance that you may unlock and play as the yeti build. However there are no actual confirmed players that ACTUALLY have played these classes, we just have to wait until the mods post an update letting us know if they actually are playable.

Alright, I gotta give you some flak here: The Chupacabra is my favorite cryptid: I'm not mad you placed it low, i'm mad you fell prey to the whole mangey dog meme, which has pretty much universally ruined everything cool and interesting about the Chupacabra The original description for the chupacabra was pretty consistently *not* anything like what people describe in current sightings, it was described as a small (3-4 feet tall) to large (7-10 feet) biped, with "Grey" alien esque huge eyes, a series of large, glowing color changing spines running down it's back, sometimes huge bat wings, large visible fangs, and a kangaroo, hopping gait. What's so cool about that? Well, the cool part is that what it can allegedly do is *fucking crazy*. To begin with, sightings from the time were associated with UFO activity: People always spotted lights in the sky when it showed up, like it was some sort of Grey werewolf or some shit; and it was said to smell like sulfer. It's eyes were said to have a paralyzing effect, freezing people and livestoock in place for it to feed. The craziest part is that it was *fucking telepathic*, communicating with humans in actual languages mentally. Back in the mid 2000's, some dumbass clearly not familiar with the original sightings just saw a mangey Coyote, called it a Chupacabra, and now we are stuck with the lame, dumb canine version that permeates modern popular culture.
