The Frita is a 'Miami-Cuban' food created in Miami when thousands of Cuban refugees arrived in the city during the Mariel Boatlift. This sandwich is unique to the Miami food culture and you won't find it anywhere else, that's what makes it so special. 👌🏽Cheers!
