yes. the lens of the camera is in the same spot as the lens of the projector. So all of the pieces of the image will look correct in that place.

+John Smith That's what people don't seem to understand. It's not possible to be a projection. It COULD be a projection if you were only showing a static shape, but he rotates it around and it stays the exact same which is impossible considering there are varying distances to each surface. If he were using a projector the shape would become very distorted when it was rotated because each of the 3 segments are different sizes, assuming he was using a filter on a projector. Plus when he walks through it, if he were using a projector, the shape would've been distorted because the light is traveling less distance therefore the lines would've been much narrower, yet they maintain their dimensions. A projector is clearly being used here but what happens is not physically possible by using a projector, which is why I'm calling this fake. Definitely edited in some way

I don't get how people about this. No he didn't learn how to twist a flashlight, he used a projector and applied some math so the cube wouldn't lose it's shape while spinning. for those who says it's a projection, I don't think so. otherwise the pieces would be of different sizes due to the different distances from the projector, making each of the three pieces out of proportion. if you say they are sized according to distance from projector, the projection would not remain the same size when the person walks in front of the wall.
